Dr Gopal Muralidharan (Murali) heads the Medical Affairs Function at Arcolab. He has more than 30 years of Industrial and Academic experience. He worked in USA for nearly 15 years with American Cyanamid (Lederle Laboratories) and Wyeth Research, before returning to India as President and CSO of Lotus Laboratories, a clinical research organization. He was the co-founder of Semler Research Center and served as President and CEO for nearly 3 years, before he started his consulting firm Dakshah Biosciences Pvt Ltd. His last assignment before he joined Tenshi Life Sciences in 2017 and Arcolab in Dec 2018, was with Advinus Therapeutics, Bangalore, where he served as the CTO. Dr Muralidharan has been involved in development of New Chemical Entities, and Generic molecules during his career and has worked extensively in the area of both Clinical and non-clinical research.

He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm) from Bangalore University, India and PhD from University of Saskatchewan, Canada, in the area of Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics. He has also taught undergraduate and post-graduate students at a few Universities, both in India and abroad, and has also served as a guide to postgraduate research students.

Alex is Director of International for BAYADA Home Health Care. Alex has experience in market analyses, post-acquisition-integration planning and execution, training and development, policy-adaptation/localization, and operational ground support. She has worked to ensure bi-directional communication and transparency between U.S. and international sites and to develop new, specialty-service line opportunities in the Clinical Trial and Patient Support Program spaces, working with local office leadership to partner with multinational Clinical Trial and pharmaceutical companies. Alex also works as an independent international business and management consultant for various healthcare-focused companies around the world. Alex currently sits on the Board of Directors for BAYADA Ireland and BAYADA Korea.

Alex holds a master’s degree in International Relations with a concentration in Intercultural Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in English and Sociology. She was formerly a Board member for Kang-Yi Care in China (2016-2019). She was a panel member on the first-annual Sino-American Elderly Care Summit, Beijing, 2016. She has been published in The Times of India and Healthcare Executive Magazine.
